The game kicks off with an electromagnetic surge shot from uninhabited island “Katorga 12” that destroys an American satellite. American government takes it seriously and assigns the task to the protagonist to investigate the matter. You get into the role of protagonist and start investigating. While on chopper to the island, another surge disables your chopper and it crashes on the Katorga 12 island. The protagonist “Renko” wakes up after a brief amount of time, starts investigating, and finds out the surge is somehow connected to the events that took place on this island. Story continues and the protagonist gets captured by “Demichev” but later rescued by Katheryn a member of the resistance. Renko vows to end Demichev’s reign and joins the resistance, starts killing his accomplices one by one by engaging in combats and gun battles. Renko meets Brisove and they both travel back in time to destroy the island with a bomb made by Element-99 to set the history. Demichev reaches first and upon their arrival to 1955, he attacks Renko and Brisove and gets killed by the bullet from Renko’s gun and they both get back to the present after blowing up the island of Katorga 12. “Singularity” is an amazing blend of Shooting, RPG and fiction and is quite fun to play. Jack tries to escape the city but the only possible way to get out of the city gets stormed with the ADAM powered super humans and jack starts fighting with them in order to get out. By the use of different weapons and the Plasmid, Jack fends off the enemy and frees a bunch of the last remaining sane people who then turn the city’s defensive systems against the enemies. Jack continues his journey, keeps defeating the foes and finally gets out of the city by utilizing the stealth and melee techniques along with the use of different weapons. Mercer consumes Galloway and others and the combat starts again between the two and in the end Heller consumes and kills Mercer and frees his daughter. The paranormal entity who actually is “Alma Wade” gives them a really hard time and kills almost all the F.E.A.R team members. Game continues and later on in the second and third version you get to play with some more awesome and unique characters like “VCX and Michael Becket” respectively. The whole series is based on the same gaming scenario and represents the same horror gameplay with an open world gaming environment.
