Mega Man X (also known as Rockman X) is an Action, Side-scroll, and Single-player Platform video game created and published by Capcom. It is the first title, released for the 16bit console and the first game in the series of Mega Man X, acting as the spin-off of the Original Mega Man video game series. The game takes place in the futuristic world full of both Reploids and humans, who are capable of feeling, thinking, and growing like the human. Due to these complicated attributes, many robots are prone to destructive and criminal activity. The storyline of the game revolves around the protagonist named Mega Man X, who is an android member of the military force known as the Maverick Hunters. During the game, with the assist of the partner named Zero, the protagonist needs to thwart the plans of Sigma, who is the powerful Maverick leader desiring to bring the chaos everywhere. The game uses the same basic principles as its predecessor but with many additional options. The player explores the environment where the game is set, from a side-scroll perspective and must battle against enemies to kill them and earn points. Runner2 is a Side-scroll, Platform, and Single-player video game developed and published by Gaijin Games for Multiple Platforms. The game is the sequel to Bit.Trip Runner, and it comes with several improvements, modifications and new content. It is split into five worlds, and each world comes with fourteen regular levels and five bonus levels for the massive total of 95. The objective of the player is to assist the selected character to the end of each level without colliding an obstacle or falling off the playfield. In the game, the player character runs automatically and to reach the end, and the player needs to perform different actions such as sliding, jumping, kicking, and more, as well as complex movies including deflecting projectiles with a shield, hovering enemies, and more. Like its predecessor, the game has several retro-style levels, which will unlock when the player uncovers secret Famicom cartridges. Gathering cartridge ends the level, but in some cases, the player needs to gather a key to open the lock leading the player to the path which contains a cartridge.
