Mario Teaches Typing 2 is an Adventure, Educational, and Single-player video game developed by Interplay Entertainment Corp. Throughout the gameplay, the player takes on the role of a typist, where the main concern is to type the required phrase as quickly as possible. It is the sequel to the Mario Teaches Typing and offers the same gameplay to the previous one.
The game features a certificate of achievement that a player can attain by completing the challenges. Almost over fifty levels are there, and each one offers a unique lesson to the player. In the levels, the player’s character can interact with the NPC characters.
The game offers four types of levels where all the levels have significant complexity, such as beginners, intermediate, advanced, and hardest mode. Throughout the gameplay, the player takes on the role of a typist and sets out on an adventure to complete the various quests. The antagonist has captured all the Pokémon, and the player has to get freedom for them by typing their correct names as they appear.
The game has over 400 Pokémon creatures where the player will receive medals for authentic performances. When the player captures a specific Pokémon, does not make any error, or score a certain number of points, the rank of the player improves.
As the player makes progress, the complexity of the game becomes harder, and the player will come to face new words. Jump into the adventure, learn new words, regain various Pokémon, and become a typing master.
