Mario Party 8 is a Single and Multiplayer Party video game for Nintendo Wii by Hudson Soft. It is the eighth entry in the series of Mario Party and the first game to have an ability to select the Mii as playable characters. The game is hosted by MC Ballyhoo and his talking hat named as Big Top. During the gameplay, four different characters can compete against each other on one of six different themed boards. The ultimate aim is to score the highest points to defeat the competitor and win the match. The game introduces a new item as candy, enabling the player to hit two dice blocks instead of one. There are eight mini-games available such as Four-player, Free-for-all, Duel, Extra, Battle, etc. It has different playable characters including Mario, Princess Peace, Toad, Luigi, Toadette, Dry Bones, etc. The game lets the player take part in various matches and compete against friends. Score the highest points and defeat his friends to become the master. Mario Party 8 is the enjoyable game to play and enjoy.
