It is the third title in the series of Mario and Sonic and available to play on Nintendo platform only. There are two playable characters such as Sonic and Mario, and the player must choose one of them to jump into the game where he has to compete against other players in various events. The game is a collection of different events based on the Olympic Games. All character split into four different categories such as speed, all-round, skill, and power. In Single-player mode, the player can compete against computer-controlled characters or the player can compete against other players in Multiplayer mode. The game introduces a new mode called Story mode, in which both characters Mario and Sonic have to work together to save their world from the antagonists.
