The game offers a brilliant plot, revolving around the protagonist named as Sam, the son of the wealthiest CEO, who is hit by the truck while chasing his beloved girlfriend. As the story advances, the protagonist discovers himself in the hell after the accident, where the protagonist must deal with a skateboard-loving Death to come back to his life under few conditions. The player assumes the role of the protagonist (Sam) and according to the deal, the player can survive twenty-four hours performing all the actions of his body manually. It offers the 2D animated adventure gameplay where the player controls the bodily function of Sam. Lee Everett helps a group of survivors stay alive and he leads them. The life rate of survivors depends on the fighting abilities of all the fighters.
