Magic: The Gathering: Duels of the Planeswalkers is a Collectible Card video game developed by Stainless Games and published by Wizards of the Coast. The game brings the similar gameplay to the popular video game of the same name, following the standard rules of the CCG, Magic: The Gathering. In the game, each player needs to form a deck by selecting the variety of cards, comprising of spells and lands. During the gameplay, the player uses the land cards to generate mana, which the player can use to cast spells to take down foes. In the game, mana comes in five different colors and the card may need colored to be cast. The game introduces the spells in different varieties, from sorceries to summoned creatures to defend from opponent. During the gameplay, the player alternate turns playing casting spells, land cards, and beating opponents until all the enemies are killed. The game has no deck construction element, and the player has only access to the limited number of constructed ducks.
