The story centers on the female protagonist named as Maya Amamo, as she investigates the Joker Curse, where the rumors and wishes of the people are coming true and becoming a reason for chaos. During the investigation, the protagonist her other companions, who join her to gain the super abilities to Persona. It features turn-based combat element, where the protagonist uses her Personas in the fight against demons to kill them. There are a variety of quests available, and the player must explore the environment from an isometric perspective, interact with non-player characters and struggle to complete the quests to restore the peace to the fictional land and save the people from the worst of a demon.
