L.A Noire is an Action-Adventure, Interactive Drama, Third-person Shooter and Stealth video game by Team Bondi. Featuring the protagonist Cole Phelps the game is set in the city of Los Angeles. Cole Phelps recently joined in as the Detective after serving for years as an officer in the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD). Being a police officer, Phelps worked in a lot of police departments and in every Department, he worked with different partners having different sets of skills in crime investigations and interrogations. Players get to solve the cases of different kinds, assigned to them as the investigation tasks and by using their skills, they are meant to put the responsible behind the bars. This amazingly twisted and amalgamated series of fast-paced action and adventure includes crime scene investigations, interrogations, fieldwork and super thrilling gun battles between the law-breakers and the lawmakers. Player mostly uses melee attacks, a lot of weapons and rides vehicles of different kinds in an open world environment. The game takes place after the fifty years of the event of Red Faction, where the player assumes the role of a fighter and battles against numerous enemies for liberation.
While confronting before the opponents, the player controls the character from the third-person angle. The game has a level of creativity that allows the player to move towards a given goal, for example, smashing through structures, or catwalks to obstruct the foe. In some cases, distorting the buildings will drop rescue points, the game’s cash, which the player can use to open and upgrade weaponry.
The world is categorized into six unimaginable zones, and the player must liberate every territory from EDF control before moving to the other. The player has the chance to control vehicles that ranges from citizen vehicles to tanks.
