The game contains several chapters known as Hours, and each chapter is split into night and day sequence. In the beginning, Rei the protagonist moves to her house, where she encounters his friends and other characters and developing images taken from the Manor of Sleep. During sleeping, the protagonist can get into the world of her dream to fulfill his objectives. In specific episodes, the player plays as either Kei or Miku, and their dreams split into sections from the earlier titles. Each character has its unique abilities and personality.
