Immortal Cities: Children of the Nile is an Open Ended MMO, RTS City Building, Construction and Management Simulation set in Ancient Egypt. The game allows you to be a ruler over the distances that Egypt covers and build cities by selecting different construction sites for various groups of people who are further parted into two more groups, Private Workers, and Government Workers. You must select the workers from both groups and assign them their tasks to build different buildings and structures. When a city is completed you can move to the next one to build it and you can move all the workers with you too. The game provides with only bread as to use it to bargain or trade or use it as the currency. Just like all other games of this genre, Immortal Cities: Children of the Nile lets you complete a task of building a city and then moves you towards the next. The game is set in the historical year 1404, where the land of King named George suffers from famine and drought. Aware of his citizens’ distress, King decides to remedy the situation by sending his two beloved sons named as Edward and William, to manipulate the environment as well as new territories that produce enough goods to make the people happy. Despite being brothers, both characters have different personalities such as William tries to approach peacefully while on another hand his brother Edward suggest conflict to gather resources they require for their people. The game enables the player to join the princes as they struggle to create their empire, explore the exotic orient, find out new inventions, and unearth all manner of nefarious political intrigue. The player can manipulate the idyllic islands as he aims to locate prime real estate to put down roots and build his colonies.
