The game introduces two character named Nana and Popo, who ventures up thirty-two snowy mountains to retrieve the stolen vegetables from a massive condor. In the starting, the first player controls Popo, a boy equipped with a blue Eskimo Parka, while the 2nd player controls Nana, a girl wearing a pink one. There is only a tool that they can carry is a mallet to carve openings in the ice above. Each level of the game contains up to eight layers of colourful ice, as well as a bonus stage. There are many levels and the primary objective of the player in each level to reach the top at any cost while playing the game to become the master. The game features up to twenty-four mountains to dominate. The player will receive points for each conquered level and can challenge his friends to beat his record of best points.
