Hyper Sports developed and published by Konami is a Single-player and Two-player Olympic-themed video game based on Sports genre. The game acts as the sequel to Track and Field, released in 1983, and introduces seven new Olympic Events. Like its predecessor, the game has two run buttons, one of them for action. It offers the similar gameplay to Track and Field video game, in which the player competes in a variety of events and struggles to score the highest points based on the performance. The ultimate job of the layer is to take down the other players or AI-controlled opponents to take the first position in the leaderboard to earn gold medal. In the game, the player will try to exceed the qualification time, score, or distance to proceed to the next event.
