Here Be Monsters was an Online Multiplayer Monster Hunting video game specifically designed for Facebook. Published by Gamesys Ltd, Here Be Monsters allowed the players to explore the world by traveling to multiple destinations, collect loads of different types of rare items, crafting various types of in-game items and capturing or hunting the Monsters. According to the gameplay, back in the say when the game was available, it tasked the players to capture all the monsters scattered all around the world. The monsters were infected the corruption and they all needed the cure. The Ministry of Monsters hires the players to find and capture the monsters, bring them to the Ministry and cure them. The illness of the Corruption started a while back when the Starium Meteors started falling from the skies. Every Monster got infected with the illness of Corruption but the Humans remained uninfected. To stop the infection growing worldwide, the ministry hired the heroes who kept on capturing and curing the infected monsters. As being the main characters, the game allowed the players to save the world by embarking on the quest to rid of the Corruption. In the game, the ones who captured and cured the monsters, were called the “Tappers”. Here Be Monsters was no doubt a remarkable game to play, but the publishers closed it down in 2015.
