Hellgate: London is an Action Role-playing, Dark Fantasy-theme, Single-player and Multiplayer video game published by Namco Bandai Games and developed by Flagship Studios. The game takes place in the post-apocalyptic London in the futuristic year 2038 and offers fast-paced and action-packed gameplay with hack and slash elements. The Single-player campaign comprises five story quests when all have done, and the player becomes eligible to restart the epic story against, but this time with high difficulty. There are three different character classes such as Hunters, Templars, and Cabalists. Before entering the environment, the player must choose class, and pick up his character. Through customization, the player can change the appearance of the character using multiple options and can fight enemies to take down them and earn points to unlock additional content. During navigation, the player interacts with NPCs, involve himself in both PvP and PvE combats and complete a variety of quests to become the master. The experiment got declared as a huge failure and the military abandoned the underground bunker and the laboratory. You as the protagonist Special Agent G started the investigation and discovered about the secret of the Mutants. The story of the game takes you to a lot of haunted spaces in the bunker and surroundings where you as the protagonist encounter and eliminate the mutants by using your weapons and combating techniques. Another top tier agent Issac joins the protagonist and the game takes another turn with a series of attacks from the mutants. The story paces on with the protagonist and Issac fighting and eliminating the mutants. The game concludes with the protagonist finding and eliminating the real cause of mutant outbreak. The House of the Dead: Overkill provides with a similar game-play to its predecessors and most of the characters and game characteristics are drawn also from the previous games in the series. With an episodic nature of the game, The House of the Dead: Overkill offers a well-written story-line, enhanced visuals and mechanics and an immersive game-play to enjoy.
