The game takes place in the breathtaking environment, in which the player controls the misanthropic mass-killing character, who starts a genocide crusade to slaughter as many people as possible. The storyline focuses on a disturbed person, whose background and name are available, known as the antagonist. According to the plot, the player arms himself with an AK-47 assault rifle, a military combat knife and three grenades to start killing the human beings in fictional New York City. The player starts the game by killing the police that appears on the scene and his neighbours. After that, he traverses to the Police station to kill more officers. The player explores the environment from an isometric perspective and can discover the nuclear power plant during the train ride in New Jersey.
