Guitar Hero World Tour is a Music, Rhythm, Single-player and Multiplayer video game developed by Neversoft and published by Activision for Multiple Platforms. It serves as the 4th marvelous entry in the series of Guitar Hero video games, acting as the sixth on home consoles and the 7th overall. While the title continues the feature to use a guitar-shaped controller to simulate the playing of rock music, the game is the first title in the series to introduce drum and microphone for percussion and vocal parts. It allows the player to create new songs through the music studio mode. The game retains the features from the previous titles, in which the player struggle to simulate the playing of rock music using the controller, similar to Guitar. World Tour expands the gameplay by featuring the ability to play drums and sing vocals, and also it supports the ability for up to four players to play together in a virtual band through various instruments.
