Grey’s Anatomy: The Video Game is an Action, Simulation, and Single-player video game developed by Longtail Studios. Throughout the game, the player has to perform surgeries and make decisions about the patients. The game contains three modes, such as challenges, choices, and surgeries. In the first mode, the player needs to explore several types of mini-games and form decisions.
The game has many mini-games where the player can achieve multiple rewards by completing the objectives. In the surgeries mode, the player has to achieve surgical interventions by serving as surgeons. It contains straightforward steps where the player has to perform bypass, sutures, and diagnoses.
If the player does not fulfill a challenge or a surgery within the range of time, the player loses a heart. When he has lost all the hearts, the player has to attempt the scene again. At the end of each scene, the game awards a rank to the player, depending on the number of hearts remaining. Five ranks are possible such as Chief of Surgery, Chief Resident, Resident, and Intern.

Throughout the game, the player takes on the role of a protagonist named Diogenes, who has a hammer in hand. The player can use his weapon to grip the objects and make himself climb all above.
The game has simple controls such as using the mouse; the player can move his hammer. The player has to climb up numerous mountains with a hammer and a pot that is not easy. The game has three difficulty levels where the player can play through all the difficulty levels to master the game. The commentary system is there to provide quotations concerning the disappointment and perseverance of the player.
The game has no checkpoint, and the player loses all of his progress once he gets down and must restart from zero points. When a player reaches the highest point of the map, he enters space. Upon reaching a conclusion, the player can chat with other players who have completed the task.
