Gradius Gaiden
Gradius Gaiden is a Side-scroll, Shoot ‘em up, Single-player and Multiplayer video game developed and published by Konami for PlayStation platform. The game offers exciting gameplay, in which it lets the player control an aircraft and navigate the world to destroy enemies while making as many points as possible. Lots of levels available makes the game more exciting to play with increasing difficulty. The core gameplay remains unchanged. However, two new ships are available whose weapon customization are new to the series. Despite, several changes were made on a weapons system to offer something better than the previous one. The plot of the game revolves around between Gradius III and Gradius IV. While playing the game, the player has to move only in a forward direction to take down enemies while avoiding their attacks and attempt to reach the end. Lots of challenging levels await the player, and the game introduces new features, including a Level Editor, a Twin Stick Shooter, and both Co-op and Competitive modes. The game starts with the player navigating the space environment to battle against enemies with an aim to destroy their ships and make as many points as possible. Other levels will be unlocked as the player completes the requirement of stages. The difficulty level increases as the player learn how to play the game.
