Godzilla Generations is an Action and Single-player video game created by General Entertainment and published by Sega. The game comes with exciting gameplay based on the famous Godzilla franchise, and the player takes on the role of different massive monsters in order to an attempt to smash real-life Japanese cities. There are five massive monsters from the Godzilla universe, and the player can select one of them to jump into the game with an aim to destroy everything along the way. Each monster in the game has its unique skills, abilities, and playstyle. Other characters in the game are unlocked as the player advances through the game. The world where the game is set contained five cities, and each city comprises two stages, except the final Japanese city which has three stages. The ultimate task of the player is to advance to the next stage by smashing everything on the stage within a limited time like trees and buildings. Each character in the game is equipped with a projectile attack and has an ability to block incoming attacks.

Rampage is an Action, Arcade, Single-player and Multiplayer video game developed and published by Bally Midway. The game is set in the fantastic but classic environment where the player steps into the shoes of the massive monster, trying to survive against onslaughts of brutal military forces. There are many rounds, and each round requires the completion of a set of the objectives in the particular city. Up to three players can command the huge monsters simultaneously and the main protagonist of the game named George, a King Kong-like gorilla, turned by an experimental vitamin. The game offers the destructible environment, and as the monsters, the players require to destroy all buildings in the high-rise city to proceed to the next level, eating innocent people and smashing helicopters, taxis, trolleys, and more. During the gameplay, the monsters can climb any buildings, destroy them into several pieces and can do more.
