Geneforge 5: Overthrow is a Role-playing and Single-player video game released by Spiderweb Software. The game acts as the 5th and final video game in the series of Geneforge. Unlike the previous titles, the player can select between three character classes such as Agent, Guardian and Shaper, as well as six rebel classes including Shock Trooper, Lifecraft, Servile, and more. The gameplay comes with huge map, smaller icon, and improved graphics compared to previous titles. In the start of the game, the player needs to traverse around the world where the player encounters non-player characters and enemies. It has a series of quests and each quest has a set of objectives that the player has to complete at any cost. The player will meet former Shaper named as Litalia, who desires to participate in the Trakovites. It takes place in the dark fantasy world and the game revolves around the turn-based combat system. The game takes place in the fantasy-based world consists of different environments such as dungeons and several scenarios.
