Funky Mouse
Funky Mouse is a Platform and Single-player video game developed by Zap Corporation. The game uses the old-school graphics and puts the player in the role of the rat who must explore each level in order to gather all the cheese and then reaches the exit point to complete the level. There are several stages, and the level difficulty will be increased as the player advances. Each stage contains a set of enemies, looking for the player to kill but the player can use his only jumping ability to avoid enemy attack. The player loses a life if the black rat (the enemy) touch the player. The player can run, jump and climb ladders his way through a set of stages to advance. The game rewards the player with a point, and the main objective of the player is to score the highest points. There is a small map on the right corner of the screen, displaying the entire level as well as the positions of the player and the enemies.

Mort the Chicken is an Action, Platform, and Single-player video game created by AndNow and published by Crave Entertainment. The game takes the player into the beautiful world where chickens live peacefully, acting as dominant species. In another universe, the cube-like species known as the Boolyon are struggling to spy on the chickens. The cubes’ leader named General Cubicles noticed that the chickens have stacks of hay, and cubicles mistake them for abducted innocent citizens of their world. The gameplay mainly revolves around the platform element and the player commands the main character named Mort. The story follows the struggle of Mort as he navigates his universe, saving the baby chicks and murdering cubes. In the game, Mort can smash the cubes using the comb on his head, which he can use as a whip. Some powerful cubes can’t be murdered, and every the player hits, the cubes steal a chick from Mort and imprison it. Two stalks of corn display the health bar of Mort, and when Mort receives the attack, the part of the corn will disappear. There are different levels, and the player must save up to chicks in each level. During the gameplay, the player can use several power-ups to increase his abilities and can run, jump, and attack is way through numerous levels to become the master.
#2 Flicky
Flicky is a Side-scroll, Platform, and Single-player addictive video game created and published by Sega in 1984. The game allows the player to controls the eponymous blue bird in order to collect all small birds known as chirps in each round and must bring them to the exit. The game features a cat and lizard as enemies which can disperse the Chirps and struggle to kill the player, but the player can use items to defend himself/herself and the Chirps from danger. With the ability to jump and run side-to-side, the player has to gather all the small birds and take them to the exit to clear the round. In the game, the Chirps follow the main character in a chain until they are gathered at the door. The game rewards the player with bonus points for bringing a set of Chirps back in the single string. It has forty-eight challenging levels, and each stage is set on the single wraparound screen that scrolls with character.
#3 Blockman Returns
Blockman Returns is a Platform, Side-scroll, and Single-player video game, offering the similar gameplay to Flicky. The game is set in the colourful world where the player controls the square-shaped object in a set of levels. The player can move and jump his way in order to gather all the small squares scattered across the level and must bring them back to the exit to earn points. There are many levels, and each level contains enemies who are looking for the player to kill. The player starts with three lives and must collect eight small squares to complete the objective. The screen of the game will move horizontally with the player, and the player has only two abilities such as jump and move. The level difficulty will be increased as the player advances through it. The game will end once the player loses his all lives. Blockman Returns includes good features, block-based world, several stages, and smooth controls.

Arkedo Series: 01 Jump! Offers a Platform and Single-player gameplay where the player assumes the role of the Jumpman. The story of the game starts with the massive giant iron crab dropping the dangerous bomb onto the beautiful planet in order to destroy. The main character named Jumpman must run and struggle to gather all the dropped bombs before they explode. There are many stages, and each stage starts with bombs and each bomb in the game has an individual timer. The bombs must be gathered before the timer reaches zero or they will blast, and the level will be failed. In the game, the currency will appear in the form of coins, treasure chests and gems. Once the player collects all the bomb the door is unlocked which leads the player to the next level. The main character of the game is a small character with a green shirt and brown trousers and a hat. He will die if touches any enemy or dangerous obstacles like spikes, fire, and more. Crabs, Bats, Snakes, and Skeletons are prominent enemies in the game.

Sonic 3D Blast is a Platform and Single-player video game developed by Traveller’s Tales and published by Sega. The game is played from an isometric perspective, and the storyline revolves around the main character named Sonic the Hedgehog who embarks on an epic journey to rescue the Flickies, the species of bird that are being invaded by Doctor Robotnik. In the game, the player must control Sonic through a set of themed levels to gather Flickies to take down the antagonist. Though the game shares similar gameplay with Sonic the Hedgehog video games, Sonic 3D Blast is different by its perspective. The ultimate task of the player is to explore the environment from an isometric perspective and struggle to save the Flickies, gather the seven Chaos Emeralds and take down antagonist and his minions. The game retains most of the player abilities from prior games such as he can jump and spin in mid-air to take down robots and can hop on platforms, gather rings, gain speed, and more. During the gameplay, the player can collect power-ups like speed shoes, elemental shields, or invincibility.

Out to Lunch is an Action, Side-scroll, Single-player and Two-player video game developed and published by Mindscape. The game revolves around the French chef who struggles to gather ingredients for his yummy dishes by setting out on an epic journey to different nations to catch them as they have escaped. According to the storyline, Pierre Ie Chef in invading the environment where the game takes place, preparing the dishes, but his ingredients have fled and must be gathered. The chef is looking for bacteria, insects, and arch-rival Le Chef Noir. In the storyline, an evil chef named Noir, who jealous of the success of Pierre, wants to destroy his career by launching his collected ingredients. The game supports both Single-player and Two-player modes, and the player controls Pierre as the playable character with an objective to capture the set of components before the time runs out. Mappy is a 1983 Platform, Single-player and Two-player video game developed and published by Namco. The player uses the side-scroll perspective to explore the level, and the game introduces the cartoon-like animals, primarily mice and cats. The main character of the game itself is a mouse. In the game, the player must control Mappy, the police mouse through the set of levels takes place in the mansion of cats known as the Meowkies in order to retrieve stolen things. During the gameplay, the player can use the joystick to move the mouse and the buttons to operate doors. The mansion contains six floors, fourth or fifth floor are available in some other version. The cats and the player as the mouse can move between floors by trampolines or bouncing at different places. Both mouse and the cats can land on the surface on the way up, but not on the way down. The player loses a life if he runs into the cat anywhere. The trampolines will be broken as the player bounces on them four times in the specific row.

The game is the 4th main title in the series of Bubsy video game, serving as the first installment in 3D. The story of the game revolves around the cat named Bubsy, who must fend off a race of aliens called the Woolies from stealing the yarn of the planet Earth by traversing around across the world of Rayon in order to gather rocket pieces and atoms. The planet can use his collected pieces to create the rocket ship and return to the planet Earth. The primary objective of the player is to take down the alien race, including two queens such as Esther and Poly and escape from the planet by gathering parts. The character has several catchphrases, based on the actions of the player. During the gameplay, the player can jump, glide, swim, and fly using a jet in the specific levels. The player can defeats enemies by shooting atoms or pouncing on them. Bubsy 3D offers addictive gameplay and smooth controls.
