The game is based on 2002 Formula 1 Season and comes with new Hockenheim Circuit, the Renault and Toyota Teams, and revised Nurburgring Track. The game represents the similar graphics to the MotoGP 2, released by THQ. It comes with official teams, including Ferrari, McLaren Mercedes, Williams-BMW, Jaguar-Cosworth, Toyota, and more. Michael Schumacher, David Coulthard, Ralf Schumacher, etc. are prominent skilled drivers in the game from which the player can select his favourite one to race against rival drives on a variety of circuits to show off his driving abilities. The player can take part in the tournament after selecting his driver and vehicle and is capable of exploring the environment from either a first-person perspective (behind the steering) or the third-person viewpoint (behind the car).
