Forge is a Massively Multiplayer Online and Third-person Combat video game created by Dark Vale Games for Microsoft Windows. It comes with fast-paced combat elements and introduces a number of classes from which the player can define his unique class, like other MMORPGs. Each character class has its unique abilities, skills and play style that the player can use in his favour. The battle revolves around two teams, pitted against each other in various events, battling in a selection of modes. Each character has nine different abilities that can be used during the battle. The player manipulates the world from a third-person viewpoint and encounter tons of players from around the globe. The player can team up with his friends or can battle against other players in PvP mode, where the player must struggle to raise his rank by killing other players. The game introduces a heavy emphasis on vertical movement, which offers a wall jump gameplay. The game rewards the player experience points which the player uses to unlock further content.

During the gameplay, the player can purchase new ships, build his crew, hire workers and officers who will follow the player on his quests and assist him in battles. The environment of the game takes place both on land and at sea and enables the player to customize and upgrade his character by collecting skill points and unlock new abilities. The player explores the land from a third-person perspective and can battle against enemies using a variety of weapons to earn points.
