#1 Sonic 3D Blast
Sonic 3D Blast is a Platform and Single-player video game developed by Traveller’s Tales and published by Sega. The game is played from an isometric perspective, and the storyline revolves around the main character named Sonic the Hedgehog who embarks on an epic journey to rescue the Flickies, the species of bird that are being invaded by Doctor Robotnik. In the game, the player must control Sonic through a set of themed levels to gather Flickies to take down the antagonist. Though the game shares similar gameplay with Sonic the Hedgehog video games, Sonic 3D Blast is different by its perspective. The ultimate task of the player is to explore the environment from an isometric perspective and struggle to save the Flickies, gather the seven Chaos Emeralds and take down antagonist and his minions. The game retains most of the player abilities from prior games such as he can jump and spin in mid-air to take down robots and can hop on platforms, gather rings, gain speed, and more. During the gameplay, the player can collect power-ups like speed shoes, elemental shields, or invincibility.
