Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War is a Tactical Role-playing and Single-player video game developed by Intelligent Systems and published by Nintendo. The game introduces challenging gameplay, and it takes place in the grid-based map where the player will experience the turn-based combat. It is the fourth marvelous title in the series of Fire Emblem and is set on the continent of Jugdral. The whole continent is spanning eight different territories created by the Twelve Crusaders, an ancient group of legendary soldiers who ended the rule of the dragon loptyr with divine help. However, the story unfolds the two generations such as the first generation revolves around the Grannvalian Prince Sigurd, while the second follows his son named Seliph as he works his way to take down the cult and avenge his beloved father. The main gameplay centers on the traditional system of Tactical battle in Fire Emblem, taking place on grid-based maps while including the weapons and support systems. Skulls of the Shogun by Microsoft Studios is an amazing Turn-based Strategy and Tactics video game that lets you set up yourself into the character of General Akamoto who gets stabbed to death on the day of becoming a Shogun. In the land of Dead he realizes that he’ll have to wait for centuries in order to go to the afterlife and becomes frustrated. He battles his way to the afterlife only to find out that his killer Lieutenant Karakawa has stolen his identity and is living in the afterlife as General Akamoto. Karakowa teams up with the protectors and a whole new series of battles starts up between the two sides. Your task is to defeat all the demonic forces, reach to the Karakowa and kill him in order to get back your identity and to enter in the afterlife. Skulls of the Shogun provides with a different touch but same mechanics and game-play as all the other games of the similar type and it’ll definitely make you enjoy and entertain yourself to the limits.
#4 Phantom of the Kill
Phantom of the Kill is a Role-playing, Turn-based Combat, and Single-player video game takes place in the grid-based maps, developed by Fuji&Gumi Games for Android and iOS. The game introduces an engaging gameplays similar to the Fire Emblem video games of Nintendo. It also merges the elements of Social-network games often discovered in mobile games. In the game, the player needs to control the main character from a grid, following the chess-like movement and must fight against the opposing team in the turn-based system. During the gameplay, the character will be removed upon receiving enough damage in the battlefield, while the team will remain and fight against other opposing members.
