The setting of the game takes place in the fantasy environment where the player needs to assemble a party of five characters comprising of the main character named Tyro as well as different genetic and named characters. With his established party, the player can explore different worlds from the series, and advances through the game by completing the dungeons within the Realms, which are focused on its associated video game. While in dungeons, the player isn’t able to change the party members, set abilities, or equipment. Each dungeon in the game comprises one or more locals, which have over one Active Time Battles. The storyline of the game centres on four different children named as Mewt, Doned, Marche, and Ritz, who lived in a small town. As the story advances, children are shifted to the realm of the same as their town, after finding the magical book. The story then revolves around the Marche’s exploits as the player struggle to return to the real world. The game is played from an isometric view, and the player can take on the role of the leader, the Marche, who needs to organize the members of the clan and proceed his status through several missions to earn points.
