It takes place in the post-apocalyptic-themed world and introduces a variety of weapons, new armors, four achievements, new clothing items, and more. The plot centers around the world, afflicted by the irradiated water of Monongahela, causing the decay of region. The inhabitants of the area suffering from severe diseases and transform into mutants.
