The game revolves around the side-scroll motorbike racing gameplay, and it serves as the sequel to Excitebike 64. In the start of the game, the player can control a red bike with an option to either race alone or against AI-controlled riders. The ultimate task of the player is to reach the end of the track by overcoming obstacles, hurdles, and performing stunts. There are several tracks available full of jumps, barriers, and more.
