Emerald City Confidential is a Mouse-Driven Action Adventure and Interactive Drama video game developed by Wadjet Eye Games. The game is set in the magical land of OZ in the year 1940, lets you solve different cases as a private investigator and allows you to solve various puzzles in order to collect clues and evidence. The story of the game revolves around the main protagonist Petra who works as a private investigator. Petra gets reached out by an eccentric woman named Gee Gale whose Fiancé goes missing and she hires Petra to investigate about that. Petra agrees and starts looking into the details, starts collecting the clues that lead her to the Underworld of Emerald City where she meets NPCs (Non Player Characters), learns a lot of Magical Spells and uncovers the truth about the dark secrets that has haunted Petra all her life. This graphical and film noir marvel is an amazingly addictive and quite engaging detective video game that makes you feel real about the details and provides with a real life like experience. The immersive nature of the game and player position bookmark feature makes this game more interesting and makes it so hard to stop playing it.
