The game puts the player in the role of a mighty master who must struggle to shape the destiny of Eador. The player can explore the world from a top-down perspective and can rule provinces as he sees fit, conquer them, and keep them populace in line. There are tons of items including spells, swords, armour, and weapons, and the player can select from them to attack enemies. The game starts with the player selecting his character from available and customizes it using different outfits. To survive in the game the player needs to keep his hero healthy as he will grow faster as the player collects experience from battle. In the game, the player can get into the world with an objective to create an army and must lead it to victory in order to restore the pace and save the day. The setting of the game takes place in 435 Tz, where every faction in the land is at conflict. If the war continues there will not be enough land left to fight over. The strain on the magical energy of the world is literally tearing the world apart. The fate of the land lies in the player hands. During the gameplay, the player must learn and earn the respect of all the races and together the player must battle in order to keep the land alive. The player can traverse the land in order to earn respect and can engage in fierce battles along his journey leading up to an all-out war. There are five unique heroes and the player can select one of them. The destiny of five heroes is to unite the Mage Knight Factions, in a conflict that will decide the world’s fate.
