The game is set in a futuristic dystopian world in which the humanity is indulged deeply into interplanetary conflicts with two most bizarre and un-explainable entities. You decide to patch up with another group of E.Y.E and find out the person responsible of the attack. Commander Rimanah goes rogue and you join him. Rimanah tries to join the two rival groups and you get caught in the middle of the conflict. Story continues and you get to play in a number of levels to prove your loyalty to commander Rimanah. Meta Streumonic Force takes advantage of the conflict and attacks the humanity with its worse and most deadly attack that pushes the humanity a bit more near to the total destruction and devastation.
