Drakengard II
Drakengard II is an Adventure, RPG, and Single-player video game developed by Cavia. It is the sequel to the Drakengard and offers the same gameplay as the first one. Throughout the game, the player controls an unnamed protagonist, where the main mission is to make progress through the levels. As the player progresses, new versions of the playable levels get unlocked, offering the player more challenges.
The player builds up the character using experience points earned in battle. The player must focus on upgrading the characters’ weapons and abilities. The player views the world through a fixed camera that tracks the player’s movement across the playing area. Collectibles such as armor, health points, and items are a source of progress.
The game features Normal, Hard, and Expert difficulty levels and multiple weapons to collect. The game features ground-based combat and aerial combat. In-ground combat, the player controls multiple characters and can switch between them when needed. When a player switches to another character, the previous character can recover the health.
