Dr. Mario Online RX is a Puzzle, Single-player and Multiplayer video game developed by Arika and published by Nintendo for WiiWare. Similar to the Dr. Mario games, the player needs to manipulate pills and smash the colored viruses in the level. It introduces a set of mini-games, known as Germ Buster and Virus Buster, which requires the use of the pointer feature of the Wii Remote to move the pills. The multiplayer mode is specially designed to support up to four players simultaneously. While playing the game, the player use Mii Characters or Dr. Mario to advance through the game. The majority of prominent features are borrowed from previous titles like the virus and speed levels. The player can play against a friend in only online mode.
