Dr. Mario Online RX is a Puzzle, Single-player and Multiplayer video game developed by Arika and published by Nintendo for WiiWare. Similar to the Dr. Mario games, the player needs to manipulate pills and smash the colored viruses in the level. It introduces a set of mini-games, known as Germ Buster and Virus Buster, which requires the use of the pointer feature of the Wii Remote to move the pills. The multiplayer mode is specially designed to support up to four players simultaneously. While playing the game, the player use Mii Characters or Dr. Mario to advance through the game. The majority of prominent features are borrowed from previous titles like the virus and speed levels. The player can play against a friend in only online mode. There are several modes available such as Online Mode, Single-player, Versus Mode, and more. The game about climbing buildings to reach the max height and complete the levels. In this game, the player takes on the role of the protagonist who is attempting to climb one of four sky-scrappers. The player can control the climber using two joysticks and beware from challenging obstacles that the player needs to avoid to survive. There are four buildings and each building has many windows that can be opened at any time and the player must avoid them, if the player come in contact with any window he will fall and the game ends. During the gameplay, the player will face off lots of challenging difficulties and overcome them all means victory. Some of these hurdles will be appeared at every level, while others make their appearance only in later stages.
