The game focuses on falling block tilt-matching gameplay and puts the player in the role of the famous protagonist named as Dr. Mario. It takes place in the medicine bottle filled with three different virus of different colors such as Yellow, Blue, and Red. The primary task of the player is to remove the playing field using two colored capsules. It has multiple modes such as Classic, Story, vs. Computer, Flash, Marathon and more. The player needs to match four or more capsules having the same color including virus in vertical or horizontal configuration to remove from the playfield. The game will end, once the screen or bottle filled with capsules and there is no space for falling capsules.
