Double Dragon Advance is a Single-player and Multiplayer Beat ‘em up video game created by Million and published by Atlus for Game Boy Advance. It offers the remake version of the original gameplay, Double Dragon, released in 1987 and incorporates the elements from its sequels and home versions. Similar to the original title, the player assumes the role of a martial arts master named Billy Lee and his aim to battle his way through a set of levels against members of the Shadow Warriors to save the girlfriend named Marian. The player can play the game either alone or with other players. The game features a mode let the player play by controlling both Lee brothers, with one character being controlled by the player while other characters stand until the player switches the character. The game features a survival mode, in which the player has to take down as many adversaries as possible in a single life. With immersive gameplay, superb mechanics, and cool visuals, Double Dragon Advance is a brilliant game to play.

The player navigates the environment from a side-scroll perspective by controlling his one of many playable characters such as Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello, and more. Up to four players can play together in the form of the team either on online or local multiplayer. The game provides the player with a basic control setup, using which the player can perform a special attack, jump, and more in addition to movement. Many challenging levels are available, and each has its unique background setting, enemies, and objectives to complete.
