The game kicks off with you two talking about the crime scene and the victim who was murdered by Blunt Force Trauma to the head. You get tasked with finding the hidden objects of interest/clues and gather them as your evidence to react to the murderer. You must get all the findings to the lab and analyze them for possible suspect blood sample and fingerprints. As you conclude on the solving of the case by handing over the murderer to the police, the current case concludes and the game advances you to the next murder case. In the game, the player needs to guide the protagonist named as Eike Kusch through the fictional town of German known as Lebensbaum. According to the story, the player must travel through time to prevent and reveal her murderer. The game is set in three different parts such as Eight Chapters, a Prologue and an Epilogue. In each chapter, the protagonist dies by the NPCs and must travel back in time before his death to change the event. The player explores the world from a third-person perspective, interact with environment and non-player characters while advances through the plot to locate his murderer.
