Destiny: The Taken King is a Downloadable Content Pack for Destiny, and it serves as the 3rd expansion in the game developed by Bungie and published by Activision. The game mixes the First-person Shooter, Action Role-playing and Exploration elements and supports Multiplayer mode. In the game, the story focuses on Oryx, the Taken King and his struggle for revenge after the player slew his son named as Contra in the first DLC pack. During the gameplay, the player has to face the Tekken, and the army of corrupted aliens forced to battle for him. The DLC pack introduces new missions, awesome locations, PvE, and PvP maps, gear, weaponry, and more. As compared to previous expansion packs, the game features three new multiplayer missions and seven new maps. It has three new modes such as Capture the Flag, Zone Control, and Mayhem. A new faction of enemies known as titular Taken is present in the game.
