Demon’s Winter is a Single-player Role-playing video game created by Strategic Simulations. The game acts as the sequel to Shard of Spring released in 1986, taking place two-hundred years after the event of the original title. It introduces a world that is thirty-two times the size of the previous title. The story focuses on an evil sorceress who has been killed, and the peace of the world returned to the fantasy island. After two centuries, a massive amount of aggressive monsters have appeared with more power, destroying the region and its inhabitants. After massive destruction, a team of five members appear and embark on an epic journey to face off this threat, starting their struggle with basic skills and supplies. After lots of hard work, they successfully discover the source of monsters, as well as unnatural cold that threatens the land. The game introduces the turn-based combat, in which the player must deploy his one of five party member against the monster’s team in order to conquer the match the removing all opposing members.
