The player takes on the role of the protagonist named as Rookie, who must team up with a policewoman, taking on armed robbers, shoplifters, and criminal gangs. The player gets an overweight male partner and face off drug smugglers and crime lords in the airport, nightclub, and impound after getting promoted to undercover. In the game, the player can explore the environment from a first-person perspective like Virtua Cop, and use the mouse to take aim and shoot the enemies. The player can reload his weapon by moving the gun outside the playfield and pressing the trigger.
