Creatures 3 serves as the third installment in the series of Creatures, and it comes with several modifications, improved graphics and new content, developed by Creature Labs and published by Mindscape. The game mainly revolves around Artificial Life genre and introduces the captivating storyline, revolving around the female protagonist named as Shee who have left Albia in the spaceship to find out the more spherical world. In the story, the Ark was abandoned because a Metroid hit the ship, but the infrastructure remains in working position. The game features six different metarooms on the ship such as Grendel Jungle, the Norn Terrarium, Engineering Room, Ettin Desert, and more. The player can safely hatch and raise his norns in the Norn Terrarium. The game is played using a point-and-click interface, and the player has accomplished the assigned tasks to move to the next level. Other levels will be unlocked as the player advances through the game and the difficulty will be increased. It blends the Role-playing elements with Life Simulation, starting with a basic character classes such as mages and warriors, but further classes such as flowers and cats will be unlocked as the game progresses. The player can create and customize the playable characters using the Mii avatars, with them having unique personality traits that represent their roles in combat. The game focuses on turn-based combat and lets the player manage friendships, cast the roles and assign them jobs with distinct gear, abilities, custom look, and stats. During the gameplay, the player must assist his team of Mii characters on a quest to take down the dark lord and struggle to restore the stolen face of the Miitopia’s citizens. The player can battle against opponents in turn-based system and command the character to attack opposing team during his turn.
