Costume Quest 2 is an Action Role-playing and Single-player video game for multiple platforms developed by Double Fine Productions and published by Midnight City. The game enables the player to take on the role of one of two twin siblings, named as Reynold and Wren. Together with companions, the group of characters travel through different environments, gathering various costumes and candies, in an attempt to take down the antagonist named as Dr Orel White, who wishes to see the end of the world. The game comes with the improved battle system and introduces a time travel-based storyline. The player explores the environment and takes part in battles to fight against monsters. Like the previous title, the player becomes more realistic and bigger and comes with new and unique abilities that can be used while battling the antagonist. The player manipulates the world from a third-person view, battle enemies using unique power and struggle to make the best points.
