Castle Crashers Remastered is a 2D Arcade, Hack and Slash, Single and Multiplayer video game published by The Behemoth. The game mixes the Beat ‘em up, Role-playing, Action and Side-scroll elements. It takes place in the fictional medieval-themed Universe, where a dark wizard has stolen an ancient gem and abduct four princesses. Four knights are selected by the King to save the princesses, retrieve the gem, defeat the wizard and bring to justice. Before getting into the game world, the player needs to select his one of four characters and start exploring the game world where he has to complete a series of quests to progress in the match. In Co-op mode, up to four players can compete against each other to show off their skills and abilities and the player with the highest points will win the match. The game rewards the player with experience points by smashing the enemies which enable him to level-up.
