Captain Forever is a series of Space Shooter and Single-player video games developed by Jarrad Woods for Microsoft Windows. It offers the space setting where the game takes place and puts the player in control of a spaceship with the ability to expand by connecting with modules, collected from defeated space enemies. The player navigates the space from a top-down perspective and can craft his ship at the beginning of the game to battle against enemies. The ultimate task of the player is to struggle to keep alive his ship as long as possible. As the game proceeds, enemy ships become stronger to defeat. The player must unlock modules to defend the ship while attacking enemies to destroy. If the ship of the player is smashed, it destroying all the surrounding ships in a limited area and offers the time to the player to rebuild his ship from scratch. The player moves around the space using arrow keys and can attack enemies his style to destroy their ships. The more ships the player destroy, the more points the player earned.
