Breath of Fire is a Role-playing and Single-player video game published and developed by Capcom. The game acts as the first title in the series of Breath of Fire and revolves around traditional Role-playing genre, where the player controls the movement of the protagonist, explore the land from an isometric perspective while battling against enemies to earn experience points. It takes place in the fantasy environment, and the plot of the game follows the boy named as Ryu, who is one of the last surviving members of an ancient race. The player has an ability to transform into a mighty dragon and the game sets out the player on an epic adventure to find his sister. During the journey, the player discovers other warriors who share his quest and join the battle with the Dark Dragon Clan, who is a militaristic empire, looking to take over the globe. The player explores the land from a top-down perspective and experience the 2D character spirits. Vandal Hearts 2 serves as the sequel to Vandal Hearts developed and published by Konami for PlayStation. The gamer revolves around Tactical Role-playing elements and supports Single-player mode only. The plot takes place in the country of Natra and follows the story of the protagonist named as Joshua, from childhood until adulthood, revolving around his struggle through the civil war that divided his town into multiple pieces. The beginning stages of the game introduces the protagonist and his friends. It uses the three-map layout such as town map, over-world map, and the battle map. In the overworld introduces the basic map of the territory with dots to conquer the locations of interest. During the gameplay, the player can traverse through the overworld map by clicking on the specific points and advance through the gameplay. Lunar: Silver Star Story Complete is the remake of Lunar: The Silver Star, released in 1992 developed by Game Arts and published by Kadokawa Shoten. The game features Single-player mode only, and it comes with the similar gameplay to its original. Like the previous title, the game revolves around the young boy named as Alex, who lives in the small town. In the story, the player gets into the life of an adventure with a task to restore the peace in his land. The game is played from a top-down perspective and its main focus on Role-playing genre. It is set in the 2D world where the player explores the environment, interact with non-player characters, and accomplish tasks to earn points. Using the advanced hardware of PlayStation and Sega Saturn, lots of elements of the original title’s presentation have been modified, including sophisticated visual effects, colour palette, and enhanced sound quality.
