Blasto is a Single-player and Third-person Shooter (TPS) video game created by Sony Interactive Entertainment and published by Sony Computer Entertainment America. The game supports single-player mode only, and it deals with both fighting and shooting genres. The player navigates the environment from a third-person perspective and can experience the action and platformer gameplay. In the game, enemies are aliens that teleport in across the player based on the events that are triggered as the player navigates the landscape. The premise of the game is platform genre, with elements such as rotating 3D sections which have to be explored while attacking aliens. According to the storyline, after coming back from the 5th dimension, the alien tyrant known as Bosc is bent on dominating the planet Uranus with his minions and struggles to threaten and destroy the planet Earth as well. The antagonist is looking for reign for his power that includes his minions capturing and enslaving the babes throughout the massive galaxy. The galaxy needs a hero once again who can save it from enemies. The game provides the player with a chance to become the hero and save the world from aliens.
