It is the sequel to NES video game Bionic Commando, with storyline elements borrowed from its remake Bionic Commando Rearmed, released in 2008. It takes place ten years after the event of the original title and the story follows the protagonist named Nathan Spencer, an operative of government, working in the fictional City. According to the storyline, the player is betrayed by his companion and falsely captured to start the Great Bionic Purge. The massive earthquake along with radioactive waves leave the city demolished after a brutal experiment. The terrorist force called BioReign is responsible for this invasion. After that, the player set out on an epic mission to take down the terrorist force before it’s too late. There are challenging missions available, and the player needs to complete each one to unlock further content. With addictive gameplay, brilliant graphics, and super visuals, Bionic Commando is the best game to play.

There are total eight challenging missions available and is set against the Battle of Cherbourg. Up to thirty-two players can play simultaneously in one server, with six randomly generated maps three of which are Axis and other three are Allies. Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, Infiltration, etc. are prominent modes of the game. The player controls the protagonist from a first-person viewpoint, battle against foes, and take down them to complete the requirement of each mission.
