Beyond Good and Evil 2 is an Action-Adventure, Single-player and Multiplayer video game developed and published by Ubisoft. The game serves as the prequel to Beyond Good and Evil video game, released in 2003 and it takes place in an open world environment where the player can move from a third-person perspective. The game has traditional RPG elements than the first title, and the player generates a character that begins the game in his style. In the game, the character can be a female or a male. As the player struggles to complete different tasks, he has to improve in different attributes and attempt to gain spacecraft and crew members, which the player can improve over time. During the gameplay, the player can explore several planets that have their different societies and by accomplishing the assigned tasks on these planets, gain new and improved technologies and more. The game has both Single-player and Co-op support and even as a single-player, the player can partake in the shared universe with limited events.
