The main objective of the player is to use the environment where the game is set, to take down an opponent. The game is described as a cross between classic pro wrestling and 3D platform fighting gameplay, like Power Stone. Aside from backward locations, the arenas of the game offer a truck stop, outdoor parking, a slaughterhouse, and a strip club. Each environment in the game is littered with bats, breakable tables, steel chairs, and more. There are several playable characters, including Violent J, Shaggy 2 Dope, The Rudeboy, Josh Prohibition, Jamie Madrox, and more. The game starts with the player choosing his avatar from available and jumping into the match against competitors to take down them.
